Get Fit
According to the 75 years longitudinal study of Harvard, having a good relationship makes people healthier, happier and even live longer. So take care of your relationship with your family, loved ones, relatives, friends, workmates, colleagues and with people in general. Yes, Harvard took 75 years to unveil the ultimate source of happiness, which is good relationship. This is from Beyond Good Health Gold Coast. Makes sense.

Get Faith
Psalm 126:5 "Those who sow in tears shall reap in joy." Give your troubles to God, unload them on Him - He wants you to. We have terrible depression in our world. It leads to bad health, crime and suicide. God gives us tools in life to live without depression. The love and joy of relationships with one another, good health through activity and good food and most of all the joy of knowing our God is on our side and can handle everything we give him. Live in JOY knowing that God loves you!

On this day
2004 Mom and I went to Sears and she bought me a new phone for the house. It had a built in answering machine, I remember. It wasn't for me - I had a cell phone by this time but, Mom had a problem with the old answering machine and the small numbers on the phone so, it made life easier for me for her to have a better phone. I had the phone number for close to 40 years and this past year finally got rid of the land line. Isn't it amazing what can change in 13 years? Do you still have a land line? Are you over 50? It is generational.

1840 - Britain's Queen Victoria married Prince Albert of Saxe Coburg-Gotha. Do you have Prince Albert in a can?  Who remembers this joke?  Are you over 60?

Ystad Sweden

Economy[edit]

Some of the main industries of the town are trade, handicraft and tourism, derived from being one of the best preserved medieval towns in the Scania province and its association with the Wallander detective novels. There is an active port with ferry and train services.  I feel like I should read some of this Wallander stuff.
