April 11, 2014 Friday

10 Minute Boot Camp today.  It doesn't take much!  Even 10 minutes can help.

Psalm 29 -  Our God is an Awesome God, you can see Him and hear Him everyday, in the world around you and the people you meet.  His strength and power are unequaled.  Take all your troubles to Him and he will carry them for you.  Our God is an Awesome God!

On this day -
537 - The Goths began their siege on Rome.    Did they wear all black, have tattoos and piercings?
1981 - I went down to the Ford Theater for Fedelio.  Have no recollection of what that is, and now the Ford is not even there?  Why did they tear that down?  Can anyone tell be what Fedelio is?  Guess I better look it up.  I did have occasions of artistic enlightenment's.

Parenting - I see Jesus Christ Superstar is back.  I did take Nicole and my niece Lindsey to the Masonic Temple to see that performance.  I saw the original cast at the Fox back in the 70's.  Nicole and I always listen to this at some point during Holy week.  The arts and all the places that we can absorb them are available to all.  Take your kids, get them started.

Book club - Finally found the book Isadore's Secret by Mardi Link.  It is a murder mystery that happened in northern Michigan.  Barnes and Noble did not have this book, I had to download it to Nicole's Ipad from Amazon.

Yo Chen Belize -
Belize Listeni/bəˈlz/ is a country on the northeastern coast of Central America. It is the only country in the area that has English as its official language; an English creole (Kriol) and Spanish are also commonly spoken. Belize is bordered on the north by Mexico, to the south and west by Guatemala, and to the east by the Caribbean Sea. Its mainland is about 290 km (180 mi) long and 110 km (68 mi) wide.
With 22,800 square kilometres (8,800 sq mi) of land and a population of only 334,297 (2013 est.),[1] Belize has the lowest population density in Central America.[5] The country's population growth rate of 1.97% per year (2013)[1] is the second highest in the region and one of the highest in the Western Hemisphere

Enjoy the day!  Make it memorable!
