Get Faith
Proverbs 17:22  "A merry heart doeth good like a medicine.."  I am all about this - If you are happy like a child, physically play like a child, and eat like a child you will be young like a child.  A happy heart is the beginning of a good life.  Work on it - God says so.

On this day
1997 -  My bosses son that also worked for the company belonged to a group that raised money for Special Olympics.  It is a charity near and dear to my heart, but I thought it was good for him, he needed something to offset his personality.  I handled the ticket sales and then worked the door for him at his fund raiser.  It was usually quite successful, raising around 18,000 for the charity.  I enjoyed doing my part.

1512 - The forces of the Holy League were heavily defeated by the French at the Battle of Ravenna. Here is another historical event to look up.

Parenting
Who hasn't seen the new Steve Harvey Show - Little Big Shots?  I'm left wondering if these kids have been excessively trained or if this is natural talent?  I noticed one child fascinated by his shadow on the stage and wonder if he never, in fact, saw it before.  What do you think?
