Get Fit
Try some aerobics today.  Go out to a bar that plays some good dance music!  OR Go for a nice long walk on such a beautiful day.  Or! How about a game of tennis? Basketball?  Get that heart rate up and give it a workout!

Get Faith
Philippians 4:11  "Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content."  I never said this, although I would like to.  Being happy with what we have is difficult, there is always something better on the horizon isn't there?  I can say that on an average I am probably more content with my place in life then a lot of people.  How about you?

On this day
1974  Pete and I had broken off (again) so I was dating Jack.  He was a nice guy that Chris had met on the train coming back from Toronto.  He ran a drug clinic that had just started up and lived up in Rochester.  On this day we went with some friends of his to The Rathskeller or Dakota Inn is what some people call it.  I believe it was the first time I went there.  Still a great place, especially at this time of year!  It is on John R just north of 6 Mile if you are willing to risk it.  The place is usually packed and reservations have to be made weeks in advance.

1974 - American David Kunst completed the first journey around the world on foot. It took four years and 21 pairs of shoes. He crossed four continents and walked 14,450 miles. Fascinating! Where does one get funded for doing this?
