Get Fit
Nicole showed me how to play my DVD workouts on my laptop.  So today I had no excuse to avoid Jillian and her kick ass workouts.  Well they kick mine to be sure.  Do what you can!

Get Faith
Psalm 106:1  "Praise the Lord! O give thanks to the Lord, for He is good: for His steadfast love endures for ever!"  Forever is a long time.  Since before the earth was formed and until it is no longer here - way past the possible 100 years we can live.  Why wouldn't you want to thank Him and admit that He is the best thing for our life and He offers it forever!.  Praise the Lord!

On This day
1975  I didn't note this in my journal but I think it was Pete's 30th birthday.  Of this year and our time together I only think of us as being young, I was 2 years younger.  I recall my 25th birthday bothering me, like a 1/4 of a century type thing.  Now I think of them as accomplishments!  What age was a milestone for you?  Which year did you feel like an old person?  It is only one day on a long trail, right?

1975 - King Hassan II of Morocco launches the Green March, a mass migration of 300,000 unarmed Moroccans, that march into the nation of Western Sahara. ?  The Green March was a strategic mass demonstration in November 1975, coordinated by the Moroccan government, to force Spain to hand over the disputed, autonomous semi-metropolitan province of Spanish Sahara to Morocco. Started well and escalated into war.

Hudson Bay Canada
Hudson Bay encompasses 1,230,000 km2 (470,000 sq mi), making it the second-largest water body using the term "bay" in the world (after the Bay of Bengal). The bay is relatively shallow and is considered an epicontinental sea, with an average depth of about 100 m (330 ft) (compared to 2,600 m (8,500 ft) in the Bay of Bengal). It is about 1,370 km (850 mi) long and 1,050 km (650 mi) wide.[4] On the east it is connected with the Atlantic Ocean by Hudson Strait; on the north, with the Arctic Ocean by Foxe Basin (which is not considered part of the bay), and Fury and Hecla Strait. Geographic coordinates: 78° to 95° W, 51° to 70° N.
Hudson Bay is often considered part of the Arctic Ocean. For example, the International Hydrographic Organization (in its current unapproved working edition only[5] of Limits of Oceans and Seas) defines the Hudson Bay, with its outlet extending from 62.5 to 66.5 degrees north (just a few miles south of the Arctic Circle) as being part of the Arctic Ocean, specifically "Arctic Ocean Subdivision 9.11." Other authorities include it, in part because of its greater water budget connection, with the Atlantic Ocean.[6][7][8][9][10]
Some sources describe Hudson Bay as a marginal sea of the Atlantic Ocean,[11] or the Arctic Ocean.[12]

Enjoy the day!  Make it memorable!  Happy Birthday to Sheena, Ruth and Pete (rip)
