January 19, 2015 Monday

Pilates moves with a resistance ring.

John  chapter 7 - "Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them." By this he meant the Spirit.  How timely is this?

On this day;
1991 - Aaron's 13th birthday.  His Mom, Kathy, had a party for his birthday at Skateland, roller skating.  Well, I think they were all on roller blades now.  They had a good time, all the cousins, Sarah and Frankie and Nicole who was 6 and Rachelle who would have been 2 I think.  It was another great time that the families were combined and we always enjoyed it.  Now Aaron can take his own children to Skateland.

1996 - U.S. first lady Hillary Rodham Clinton was subpoenaed to appear before a federal grand jury. The investigation was concerning the discovery of billing records related to the Whitewater real estate investment venture. Interesting.

Parenting - I hope that this generation did not teach racism to their children but they probably do.  I'm pretty sure I didn't teach Nicole this, but she might have been exposed by other members of the family.  Life experiences happen, but we have to learn to isolate the incident and not apply it to an entire race of people.  God Bless Martin Luther King Jr and his work toward acceptance.  Today we should celebrate freedom from hatred for ALL people in the world.

Ha or Has is a town and seat of Haa District in Bhutan.[1]
Ha is situated in the west of the Sandalwood Kingdom near Sikkim in the Ha Valley. The major economic activity is rice production. It contains two Buddhist temples. Sounds a little sparce but I bet it is beautiful!

Enjoy the Day!  Make it Memorable!  Happy Birthday Aaron!  Go rollerblading!
