Worked out the abs and arms today. Yesterday I got information in the mail about COPD, which I was diagnosed with 2 years ago. Mine has not progressed, according to the test I took in August, but I was encouraged to keep up exercising to have it kept in check. I do run out of breath, but as long as I have breath I will probably keep exercising. Stay strong!

John 15:13 "Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one's life for one's friends." This is a perfect verse for Veteran's Day. Give thanks for the countless millions that have given the ultimate gift for YOUR freedom, so that you can say whatever your heart feels and be protected by military that grant and protect those rights. Not everyone in this world is so fortunate. Think kindly on one another and GOD bless our military and the USA.
On this day
2005 History repeats itself. They were doing the play Oliver at church and Kyle, Waynette and I did the dinner served prior to the play. They were very successful for a while but it might be time to rethink the dinner thing. The play this year is Annie.
1620 - The Mayflower Compact was signed by the 41 men on the Mayflower when they landed in what is now Provincetown Harbor near Cape Cod. The compact called for "just and equal laws." Still a good idea!
