November 1, 2016 Tuesday #yoga#smartremarks#iceskating#SistineChapel#Tacuarembo!

Get Fit
AM yoga this am.  If cats and dogs know enough to stretch I guess we should too.

Get Faith
Proverbs 18:4-12  Proverbs is a great place to get your verse for the day.  I told my Sunday School classes to remember Proverbs as your mother telling you what to do.  I like this one vs 6 "The lips of fools bring them strife, and their mouths invite a beating."  What came first the Bible or facebook? But seriously good advise here you probably know, just need to be reminded.

On this day
1987 - It was a Sunday and Nicole was 2 - time to put on the ice skates.  It was also Aaron's first time on the ice and he did much better than Nicole.  He skated with his arms straight out - for balance and he went around and around the St Clair Shores rink.  The Casacelli's were with us.  Their son Frankie was already playing hockey so Aaron was determined to catch up.  Nicole looked like she was mad as Frank held onto her and made her stand up on those double bladed skates, she wouldn't move, straight as a board.  Video on request.

1512 - Michelangelo's paintings on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel were first exhibited to the public.
Sistina-interno.jpgFor those of us that haven't seen it.

Tacuarembo Uruguay
We have moved due south in south America from Sariname to Uruguay.  I think it might be spring there!  Let's see what goes on in the city of Tacuarembo!

Location and geography[edit]
The city is located on Km. 390 of Route 5, 113 kilometres (70 mi) south-southwest of Rivera, the capital city of the Rivera Department. Routes 26 and 31 also meet Route 5 within the city limits. The stream Arroyo Tacuarembó Chico, a tributary of Río Tacuarembó, flows through the north part of the city. As of the census of 2011, it is the eighth most populated city of the country.
Tacuarembó is located in Uruguay

Enjoy the day!  Make it memorable!  Happy Birthday to John and Hilary <3
