December 1, 2017 Friday #musclesjoyhangoverAmazonprime#look!#Ilulissat!

Get Fit
Started my day with Jillian today.  She says you have to work out those arms  because they are what most people see of you naked all the time.  humph,  something to think about.

Get Faith
Proverbs 15:30  "A cheerful look brings joy to the heart."  I have made an effort for the last many years to remember to smile.  While driving, don't change the look on your face when you are sitting at the light,  look in your review mirror - if it scares you think what others are seeing.  I have specifically started smiling and making eye contact with others in the grocery store - 99% of them smile back and I pray for the one that doesn't.  Hey, its a plan.

On this day
2013  The day after the night before.  Lindsey and Scott had their Holiday Party, maybe the first one in their beautifully finished basement.  We had a good time but you know the next day?  Well Nicole had to go to work, I got bagels for breakfast, we obviously passed on church.  Don had stayed the night and put up the TV mount for us before he headed back to Redford.  I found the energy to make an apple cake after that.  Not the night owl party girl I used to be!

2013 - Amazon.com CEO Jeff Bezos revealed "Amazon Prime Air" on "60 Minutes." The services was planned to use unmanned aerial vehicles to deliver packages to customers.

Parenting
Reprint from 2014
Parenting - I have failed as a parent.  I never taught my daughter how to forage in the refrigerator for food, how to look behind items or take lids off, or open drawers or use utensils to pull out the white meat from the bottom of the bag.  I'm sorry. I crack me up.

Ilulissat Greenland
Ilulissat, formerly Jakobshavn or Jacobshaven,[4] is a town in the Qaasuitsup municipality in western Greenland, located approximately 350 km (220 mi) north of the Arctic Circle. With the population of 4,541 as of 2013,[5] it is the third-largest city in Greenland, after Nuuk and Sisimiut. The city is home to almost as many sled-dogs as people.
In direct translation, Ilulissat is the Kalaallisut word for "Icebergs".[6] The nearby Ilulissat Icefjord is a UNESCO World Heritage Site,[7]and has made Ilulissat the most popular tourist destination in Greenland.[8] Tourism is now the town's principal industry. The city neighbours the Ilulissat Icefjord, where there are enormous icebergs from the most productive glacier in the northern hemisphere.  Wow!  the most popular tourist destination in Greenland!  Hope we can get a room!

Enjoy the day!  Make it memorable!  Happy Birthday Katie M!!
