Get Faith
Isaiah 43:18-19 "Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing!" This is an appropriate old testament reading today. Isaiah was a profit that knew the Christ was coming. And today that "new thing" has come. Our Jesus who walked the earth with us, suffered horribly under the hands of the lost, died and was buried for three days came back for us. Some believe He went to Hell for our sins for that time - On this day, the women, found the burial site empty - the body gone. He is risen! He has saved us from the sin of this world and death. We now are free to live a life of glory with our God. He is risen indeed!

1995 - Was not Easter, it was a Saturday. Andy and Alice came over for dinner and then we all took Nicole to the show. We had a nice family theater up on the corner that was maybe $2.00 to see a show. It's been closed for years and we all keep hoping someone will open it again. Anyway we saw the movie "Dumb and Dumber". I have never heard her or anyone else laugh as much or as loud as Alice did at that movie. I thought she was funnier than the show.

In the 9th century, three Medieval Serbian principalities were located on the territory of Montenegro: Duklja, roughly corresponding to the southern half; Travunia, the west; and Rascia, the north.[10][11][12] In 1042, archon Stefan Vojislav led a revolt that resulted in the independence of Duklja from the Byzantine Empire (which ties in with our note above) and the establishment of the Vojislavljević dynasty. After passing through the control of several regional powers and the Ottoman Empire in the ensuing centuries, it became a part of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia in 1918, which was succeeded by the Federal People's/Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in 1945.
