Get Faith
Luke 11:1  "Lord, teach us to pray."  This leads into the Lord's prayer.  It is said in all Christian churches, so just know if they aren't saying it in the service, it is not a Christian church.  I have heard tell of people that have dementia or Alzheimer that remember this when they have forgotten everything else.   Lord Teach me to pray.

Get Fit
I am on the run today!  Too many things to do, but it's ok, I like it.  There are days when there is no time in your schedule for exercise.  Just don't let it slide too long.

On this day
1984  Nicole was only a couple weeks old and I was keeping track -"fed Nicole - 2AM, 7:15, 11:05, 3PM & 7:20 pm.  5 wet & 2 1/2 dirty.  water @ 9 am."  What would you expect from someone who has kept journals all her life?  I kept track of everything for a while at least.  I was blessed, my mother in law came over and cleaned and did laundry, Norma and Ty came over and cut the lawn while Mark went to the marina to work.  My house has always been busy with friends and family.

1985 -1985 - The R.J. Reynolds Company proposed a major merger with Nabisco that would create a $4.9 billion conglomerate.  Wish I had bought stock for Nicole.

Thessaloniki Greece
Thessaloniki (GreekΘεσσαλονίκηThessaloníki [θesaloˈnici] (About this sound listen)), also familiarly known as ThessalonicaSalonica, or Salonika is the second-largest city in Greece, with over 1 million inhabitants in its metropolitan area, and the capital of Greek Macedonia, the administrative region of Central Macedonia and the Decentralized Administration of Macedonia and Thrace.[4][5] Its nickname is η Συμπρωτεύουσα (Symprotévousa), literally "the co-capital",[6] a reference to its historical status as the Συμβασιλεύουσα (Symvasilévousa) or "co-reigning" city of the Eastern Roman (Byzantine) Empire, alongside Constantinople.[7]
Thessaloniki is located on the Thermaic Gulf, at the northwest corner of the Aegean Sea. It is bounded on the west by the delta of the Axios/Vardar.
