July 4, 2017 #fitforduty#TrustGod#smoothsailing#Majuro#Happy4th!!!

Get Fit
Just look at all those young people in uniform that have gone through boot camp, run miles carrying over a hundred pounds of supplies, just to be prepared for fighting for your freedom.  They are in shape to go out and possibly die for our right to live the way we want.  Now that is being fit.  When you work through what ever activity you do to keep yourself in shape, think of those soldiers and how they have been pushed to excellence and say a prayer for their safety!  God Bless America!

Get Faith
Psalm 55:23  "But as for me, I trust in you."  Who do you trust?  I have many people in my life that I can trust to be there for me and support me with kindness and care. I have the armed forces to protect my freedom.   Not everyone has that.  I would guess most often that those who don't have support with people here on earth very often don't feel like they have support from God either. When you separated yourself from relationships that same trait can also keep you away from God.  God is the one you can go to with all of your troubles. He is the only one that will be with you on that last day.

On this day
1986  Cousins Barb and Bill came over and with Mark, Marty, Nicole and I we went over to Muscamoot to spend the day.  It started out great, then clouded up started blowing and then raining.  It was a rough ride home, not sure if we had the open skiff "Shoestring" or the Four Winns cruiser but we made it back and my one year old daughter never developed a fear of boating.  It couldn't have been too bad.  Hope your 4th of July goes better and that you enjoy whatever it is you do!

Dalap-Uliga-Djarrit Marshall Islands
The Marshall Islands, officially the Republic of the Marshall Islands (MarshalleseAolepān Aorōkin M̧ajeļ),[note 1] is an island country located near the equator in the Pacific Ocean, slightly west of the International Date Line. Geographically, the country is part of the larger island group of Micronesia. The country's population of 53,158 people (at the 2011 Census[4]) is spread out over 29 coral atolls,[2] comprising 1,156 individual islands and islets.
The islands share maritime boundaries with the Federated States of Micronesia to the west, Wake Island to the north,[note 2] Kiribati to the southeast, and Nauru to the south. About 27,797 of the islanders (at the 2011 Census) live on Majuro, which contains the capital.[2]  small but stragic location.

Enjoy the day!  Make it memorable!  Happy Birthday Julio!
