One thing you need to do to stay fit is have regular check ups. I'm with you that the more you go to the doctor- the more they find wrong. But think of, if there is something wrong you need to catch it in time. Yes, I also worry about unnecessary expense of tests and procedures but, in the long run you need to stay up and find out if something on the market will benefit you and make your life better. Yes, I agree, I don't want to take something I don't need and would rather try to adjust naturally through exercise and diet but as we get older, we need to be proactive. My mom was on 15+ medications and was happy and healthy till she was in her 90's. There were things she could have paid more attention to and avoided certain procedures but, she was 93 when she passed and still happy. Get that check up!
Get Faith
Ephesians 3:1 "In him and through faith in him we may approach God with freedom and confidence." God in His wisdom came down to earth and walked and lived with us in community. In that connection maybe, we feel that we can relate better and connect with our father in heaven. Our faith that this is true, that Jesus Christ lived and died for you, in this knowledge you have freedom and confidence that keeps you in the faith. Believe and be saved.

2008 My boss left early to head up north. I believe he was heading to the Charlevoix area where his girlfriend owned a nice condo. In that case he would have not been happy. He only went up there to please her, he didn't like the fancy life of the area. If, it was his mother's farm in Port Austin he would have been happy to go. The rural, down to earth place of his childhood and the farm would have suited his personality much more. Do you have a place, maybe a cabin up north that needs to be opened and prepared for the summer? A place on the lake where your family gathers for summer time fun? I think a lake front is what would draw me up to a vacation place. Summers coming!!!

The Central Sofia Market Hall (Bulgarian: Централни софийски хали, Tsentralni sofiyski hali), known popularly simply as The Market Hall (Халите, Halite) is a covered market in the centre of Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, located on Marie Louise Boulevard. It was opened in 1911 and is today an important trade centre in the city.
The construction of the building, which spreads over 3,200 m², began in 1909 after the design of architect Naum Torbov was selected in 1907, and took two years to complete.
Until the late 1940s the Sofia municipality let out about 170 shops and stalls in the Central Sofia Market Hall. The rents and the product quality were strictly regulated. The market hall building's interior was significantly altered after the 1950s and the market was closed in 1988 in order to be reconstructed, modernized and once again opened for Easter in 2000, after 75% of it was acquired by the Israeli company Ashtrom, who invested $7 million in it.[1]
Today the Central Sofia Market Hall employs over 1,000 people, has three storeys, and offers foodstuff stalls and shops, clothing, accessories and jewelry shops, fast food stalls, etc.[1]
