Get Faith
Romans 15:13  "Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you will abound in hope by the power of the Holy spirit."  There are too many people in this world who don't have any hope.  They live day by day without any promise of a better future.  You can tell who they are, they are lacking in peace and joy, and are depressed.  This world is tough for the have nots but I also see the mind set in the millionaires who commit suicide because they have no hope in the future.  Join the believers who have joy in their homes and hearts, not everyday is promised to be great, but with God we always have the Holy Spirit to lift our hearts and prayers to God for the next day.

Get Fit
Hard to not be joyful when dancing with Richard first thing in the morning.  Get the heart rate up and get the arms and legs moving - pretend you are at a party!!

On this day
2014  Started out the day by lining Nicole's back of her Jeep with cardboard and paper and putting a caged raccoon in to take to work with her at Fulex.  There is a drainage ditch behind there and we figured it could maybe have a good life back there.  It was a terrible experience for Nicole, as it had been for Barb, my neighbor when she took the opossum.  They smell so bad and make such a disturbance when you are driving, who knew they didn't like to go bye bye.  Too bad they didn't have pick up trucks.  Today it is squirrels in the attic again.  Who else has these problems?

2014 - NATO commander Gen Philip Breedlove reported that Russian military equipment and Russian combat troops had been seen entering Ukraine in columns over several days.

Newfoundland
The Dorset was a Paleo-Eskimo culture, lasting from 500 BC to between 1000 and 1500 AD, that followed the Pre-Dorset and preceded the Inuit in the Arctic of North America. It is named after Cape Dorset in Nunavut, Canada where the first evidence of its existence was found. The culture has been defined as having four phases due to the distinct differences in the technologies relating to hunting and tool making. Artifacts include distinctive triangular end-blades, soapstone lamps, and burins.
