I apologize for missing the last two days.  I was out of town with family.

Get Faith
Genesis 12:3 "All peoples on earth will be blessed through you."  God was talking to Abram (later Abraham) as he sent him out from his homeland to other areas.  When everyone in your area is a believer and your work is done there - move on to another area and begin again.  Is everyone in your area reached with the good news? (Gospel)  There is certainly a mission field (people who are not believers) anywhere you go.  Sharing faith is not something everyone is comfortable with.  It is worth the effort though, to think that all people on earth will be blessed through you - as Abraham was, or just a few.

Get Fit
So happy to get back in time to do AM yoga.  Ahhhhh  I actually could do most of it by memory wherever I go, but this wasn't the time.  The advantages of yoga are many - strength, balance, flexibility, and relaxation are all a byproduct of yoga.  You don't have to do back bends and hand stands, you can even do it in chair.  Look into it!

On this day
1998  This was a Tuesday and it was election day.  Engler was running for Governor and there was a ballot on assisted suicide- yes or no.  I know the suicide was voted down but not sure if this was a time that Engler got in, was reelected or what.  If you are like me you are sick of the barrage of ads on TV and in the end - little changes.  But I never miss a vote.  There was also rehearsal going on at church for the Wizard of Oz, which Nicole was in I believe.  Much more pleasant activity than politics I say!

1998 - Bob Kane, the creator of Batman, died at the age of 83.   Wow!
