Psalm 51:1 "Have mercy on me, O God, according to Your unfailing love." God knows good guys from bad guys. This reference to the Unsavory woman, Rahab, who was a harlot, shows something that most criminals know. Even in that world there are good guys and bad guys. God forgives and looks to everyone to help each other.
On this day
2003 Nicole was in her last year of high school and had Grandma's old Tempo. It was a pretty reliable little car but on this day with really cold temperatures, it wouldn't start. She took my car. So, I had to call Mom, who lived a couple miles away to pick me up and take me to work. We had each others backs and everything worked out. Who is your go to when the normal order of things breaks down? Thank that person today and remember them for their kindness (even if it was with regret). I think now how old Mom was to get up and come out in the cold for me, she was 81. God Bless her!

Wad Medani Sudan
This is an interesting map. Note the South Sudan and the undetermined border. I assume they are still at war over. See where Wad Medani has a river that branches off to the southeast. I would think that is a good thing for available water and transportation possibly. Sudan has the Red Sea as a border but only two cities shown on the banks. ?
