May 12, 2017 Friday #Pilates&massage#Garden#Stuart#Korea Exchange (KRX),

Get Fit
Pilates.  Cat was outside and I was motivated!  Did most of this session, more than I have done before.  It is a long workout that begins with breathing correctly, physical positioning, warm up and foot exercises.  Many times that is all I do, but today I went through 15 of the actual Pilate moves.  Later I get a massage, a gift for my birthday that was in February.  Good for me!  Hope you make yourself happy today!!

Get Faith
Isaiah 58:11 "And the Lord will guide you continually, and satisfy your desire with good things, and make your bones strong, and you shall be like a watered garden like a spring of water, whose waters fail not."  What a great reading for this beautiful spring day, to consider us like a garden that is well tended by God. The study writer sees being a Mom in this reading and added this prayer.  "Thank You for understanding.  Thank You for replacing my stress with confidence and a joyful heart."  She relates to a Mom that feels she is not doing a good job of managing all of her chores.  We have a tendency to underrate our abilities until someone else in the same shoes says - me  too!  Today was the day I was supposed to become a Mom 32 years ago, but she was late.  Happy upcoming Mothers day.  You are doing fine!

On this day
1990  Nicole and I were in Florida at the condo with Grandma Luvy.  "Ma, Nick, Laurie, Zack and I went to the Stuart beach.  We had a picnic and looked for shells.  (film available)  Ma, Nicole and I went to McDonald's for dinner and then shopping at JC Penny."  Nicole was five and if  you asked a five year old where they wanted to go for dinner - well, McDonald's.  After a while you learned not to ask.  It is a great memory of that day.  Just watched the video!  Bath tub reef.

1588 - King Henry III fled Paris after Henry of Guise triumphantly entered the city.  These King Henry's weren't peaceful guys were they?

Busan South Korea

Economy[edit]

Hanjin Heavy Industries
Busan is an international business and financial center and renowned for its machinery, steel, ship building and marine industries, fashion, tourism and trade fairs. Busan is the fifth busiest seaport in the world,[3] with transportation and shipping among the most high-profile aspects of the local economy. Since 1978, Busan has opened three container ports including Jaseungdae, Shinsundae, and Gamman. Busan has one of the world's largest ports and can handle up to 13.2 million TEU shipping containers per year.
The Busan-Jinhae Free Economic Zone Authority, one of two such administrations in Korea, was created to reassert Busan's status as a traditional international trading centre. The port attracts ships from all over the globe and the surrounding area aspires to become a regional financial centre.
Korea Exchange (KRX), Korea's sole securities exchange operator, is headquartered in Busan. Pray that this area stays successful as it is. And intact.

Enjoy the day!  Make it memorable!  Happy Birthday Tommy, Dan, Michelle, Stephanie and Jenny !!!!
