Get Fit
Dancing with Richard this morning.  So mad, after all that stepping - I forgot to put my fitbit on. Grrr

Get Faith
2 Corinthians 4:16   " Therefore we do not lose heart."  We all do at one time or another, it is this life we have to get through.  Existence on this earth is not what God intended it to be - it is what we made it and so we have to struggle through those times.  God did not leave us alone though, He gives us instruction and help and He gave us Jesus as an example of good life and to save us from the death of our sins.  Do not lose heart, exercise to build your faith and make your life easier.

On this day
2012  My entry on this day started with "dressed to keep cat from biting my ankles".  He still does on occasion, is much better but not completely without threat.  This was 6 years ago and it says Mom went to church to make Lenten lunch because her ladies group "Hope" was making it.  Ruth is the only one left and she has actually joined my circle - Grace.   Ruth is 96,  which is what my Mom would have been in January.  My friend Monna joined Hope circle to help the ladies keep their circle going, and she did till it was only her and Ruth.  She is such an angel.  Still is.  some things don't change.

1629 - A Royal charter was granted to the Massachusetts Bay Colony.   I got nothing on this, is it a restaurant? hotel?  Oh, it was before it was American, still English.

Historians generally agree that the first Turkic people lived in a region extending from Central Asia to Siberia. Historically they were established after the 6th century BCE.[23] The earliest separate Turkic peoples appeared on the peripheries of the late Xiongnu confederation about 200 B.C [23](contemporaneous with the Chinese Han Dynasty).[24] The first mention of Turks was in a Chinese text that mentioned trade of Turk tribes with the Sogdians along the Silk Road.[25]
It has often been suggested that the Xiongnu, mentioned in Han Dynasty records, were Proto-Turkic speakers.[26][27][28][29][30]
The Hun hordes of Attila, who invaded and conquered much of Europe in the 5th century, may have been Turkic and descendants of the Xiongnu.[24][31][32] Some scholars argue that the Huns were one of the earlier Turkic tribes, while others argue that they were of Mongolic origin.[3

In case you have ancestry here, one thing for sure, they like to argue and go to war.  This is an interesting time line if you have time.

Enjoy the day!  Make it memorable!
